Description: White or sligthly cream crystalline powder produced from vegetable raw material, soluble in diluted HCl and formic acids. Sligthly Soluble in water, pratically insoluble in ethanol, benzene, chloroform and ethyl acetate. In presence of moisture is rapidly oxidized by atmospheric oxygen and darkers.
